This Yoga class is aimed at building physical strength and flexibility and involves a wide variety of postures  that not only will give you a stronger body but will also build confidence for a stronger mind. Get ready to sweat!

Susana teaches  group mat classes and one-to-one yoga tuition. Private tuition are intensive sessions where the teacher tailors the class specifically to your individual needs.

One-to-one sessions are great for busy people that don’t have time to go to a group class and useful if  you haven’t been exercising  for a while or for beginners in preparation for going into a class, or if you just prefer to exercise on your own.
