Combining elements of adagio, yoga and hand balancing and is inspired by Martial Arts.
Adagio consists of partner lifts, usually performed by a man and a woman, where the male lifts his female partner in many different poses and positions.
Yogi Kick have been training Pa-Kua Acrobatics and Acrobalance for four years. We have been lucky to have trained with experienced acrobats, such as Forma Fortis, Bart and Kirsty, AcroYogaDance amongst others.
